Spaghetti Squash

Cut spaghetti squash in half lengthwise.  Use a spoon to scoop out the seeds.

1-2 Spaghetti Squash for 2-4 people

Directions

Making spaghetti squash by baking it is so simple and you will be amazed at how delicious this recipe is.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees 

Prep spaghetti squash put face down in a roasting pan or place on a cookie sheet on parchment paper.  To make it a little more tender use the roasting pan and add a small amount of water as an option.

Bake for 35-40 minutes.  Squash will be slightly crunchy.  

Use a fork to gently scrape the edges of the squash and it will start to come off just like spaghetti.  Top with your favorite tomato sauce or simply add olive oil, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese.  Enjoy!
